The entire hotel was spotlessly clean.
We were disappointed by the rude reception staff who never greeted us. The hotel had a partially shut down vibe, and the bar was closed. Rooms need updating, and the pool towels for hire are extremely old.

the ondama hotel was a nice stay, very clean, and had spacious rooms. the pool area was nice too with a big pool and some grass around it. air conditioning was solid in our two-bedroom apartment, which was handy. staff were always friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. location was pretty great, close to all the main spots.

i had a fantastic stay at the ondamar during my recent 10-night visit. the spacious one-bedroom apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed, like a dishwasher and cozy beds. the outdoor pool area was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after exploring albufeira.

The Two-Bedroom Apartment was spacious and included a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for our family. We enjoyed the nice-sized pool area, always clean with plenty of sunbeds available, which made our relaxation time enjoyable after a day of exploring.
The only downside was that there was no bar service available.
