Noise from the adjacent rooms could be disruptive. The pool area was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly.

Hotel was peaceful and the pool area very relaxing. There was always sunbathing beds for my husband and I and three children. Room were very spacious - 2 bed apts and were cleaned daily - even sunday.

There was no entertainment at hotel except for a bbq on the saturday night - which was very successful. There never seemed to be anyone in the bar area at night.

A great spacious apartment overlooking the pool and gardens. Well laid out poolside amenities, very clean and plenty of sunbeds. Coveniently located 10 minute easy stroll to albufeira old town - 10 minutes to the strip.

I enjoyed my stay. The pool area was clean and relaxing. My room was huge with lots of mirrors, but they could improve the breakfast options. I would stay here again!

Very nice hotel staff especially Mr. Hugo, rooms clean, but unfortunately the offer was the internet and it was not, virtually no TV, no radio, generally nice time.

The staff were very very nice , always helpful especially the real smiley girl at the bar . The hotel was fab, sooo clean and the cleaners cleaned rooms every day . The pool area was lovely and had beautiful gardens . Perfect location for strip and old town. Will definitely go back

The room was lovely and spacious with everything you needed but did not like the fold down bed , as it was uncomfortable.

The entire hotel was spotlessly clean.

We were disappointed by the rude reception staff who never greeted us. The hotel had a partially shut down vibe, and the bar was closed. Rooms need updating, and the pool towels for hire are old.

the location was excellent,close to the Strip and the Old Town,pleasant walk to the beaches but also free transport 3 times a day to the beach which we thought was excellent.

Very nice outdoor pool area and a good range of facilities in the apartments. However, a little bit dated but very clean. Equipment in the gym was not very good. A pleasant place to stay and very good location.

The ondama hotel was a nice stay, very clean, and had spacious rooms. The pool area was nice too with a big pool and some grass around it. Air conditioning was solid in our two-bedroom apartment, handy. Staff were always friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Location was pretty great, close to all the main spots.

Thank you very much you, guys! The hotel is good value in fact. All the rooms are a nice size and well-equipped with a beautiful view and the staff is competent. A flat screen TV and a toaster are available.

Nice gardens & pool area, quiet location, reasonably close to small train stop for excursions to strip & old town.

Quite dated, needs refurbishment in room, could do with two easy chairs in double rooms, bed very uncomfortable (extremely thin mattress) on fold up bed.

The spacious one-bedroom apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed, like a dishwasher and cozy beds. The outdoor pool area was a highlight.

breakfast service was quite slow.

The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful, the room was very comfortable and was cleaned daily. The whole complex (pool, bar, gym restaurant, reception etc..) was kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being only a ten minute walk to both The Strip and The Old Town.

The Restaurant and Bar were very quiet and seemed to be very underused. Also some doors of the hotel were locked, making it more difficult to make your way to the pool.

Good location, staff extremely friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned daily, great facilities, great value for money
